Sony Ericsson – Xperia Arc S LT18i is not supported by Reliance network and they are unable to send automatic settings. Use this method to configure the APN settings for Reliance.
Open Settings>More>Mobile Network>Access Point Names(APN)
Select ‘Add new APN’
Enter following APN settings:
(Settings are case-sensitive. Type exactly as mentioned.)
