Micromax has launched Funbook, their first Android tablet running Android 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich) in India. It has 7-inch capacitive touch screen display and is powered by 1.2ghz processor. It has 0.3MP VGA front facing camera, 512MB RAM, 4GB internal memory that is expandable up to 32GB with MicroSD. It is priced at Rs.6499/- and shall support 3g through a dongle. There is no mention of gprs but that would be surprising.

Above information is obsolete now. For about $200, we can now get a 3g, dual core dual sim, ips screen, 2gb internal memory, 8mp camera in Micromax Canvas II.

It has a 150MB internal memory and supports 32GB external memory card.
