I was amazed to receive a credit card bill for Rs. 00.95. Yes, less then a buck from IndusInd Bank. They must have spent 30 bucks on postage/courier. Here is the picture:

It is apparent that entire processing of raising the bill and despatching to me took place without human intervention. This is obviously programmers’ flaw but it shows the skynet like situation or atleast a beginning of the same. A dangerous trend which reflects complete non application of mind which can also be termed as complete apathy towards the consumer.
