Caution Notice

The members of public are hereby informed that the court of Additional District Judge, (chaired by Mr. Ajay Goel, Judge), Tis Hazari Courts Complex, Delhi today, after hearing the arguments, ordered and restrained Kamal Sharma and his sons Puneet Sharma and Ashish Sharma and other defendants, by an interim injunction, in the suit No. 7 of 2013 from publishing or selling any book in the name of plaintiff i.e. me, Sandeep Bhalla, till the next date of hearing.

This is for the record.

P.S.: I had approached the court against the defendants in the suit as they were counterfeiting old editions of my books as new edition besides many other illegalities.
