The new tablet has got the Android operating system platform and it running on Android 2.2 Froyo, we can say that the Android 2.2 OS is pretty old and stereotype for the tablets.
The newly launched tablet is fitted with inferior quality of LCD touchscreen display, which can display 800 X 480 pixels resolution, which is very baffling if someone is spending a lot of money for e-books games and videos.
Dell has powered its new product with hype-fuelled Nvidia Tegra 2 processor (dual core), which makes the tablet a little considerable to buyers. The new tablet promises only five hours of battery backup but it craps out only after 2 hours of video watching on device.
On the bright side the tablet is equipped with two cameras, front camera of 1.3 MP and a 5 MP of rear camera. The device has 16 GB of inbuilt memory which is further expandable. The new Dell Streak is priced at Rs 22,810. (via Dell Streak 7) Video introducing it is here:
